1. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes all non-public materials shared regarding The ARK master plan, financial projections, investor terms, revenue architecture, district designs, renderings, legal structures, deed mechanics, and any derivative analysis thereof.

2. Use Restriction

The Receiving Party shall use Confidential Information solely to evaluate a potential relationship with The Ark Project 2026 LLC. No disclosure to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Duration

Obligations survive for three (3) years from date of acknowledgement, or until information becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party.

4. No License

Nothing in this agreement grants a license, partnership, or option. Any transaction requires separate definitive documentation executed by both parties.

5. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive jurisdiction: Waller County, Texas.
